Abacus’ private tutoring offers you a way to bring customized, individual instruction to your student. Our tutor will meet your student at home, working in an open and quiet space (the dining room is popular among our clients). After an initial meeting, the rest of your student’s sessions will follow a customized lesson plan, focusing on dramatically improving weak areas of knowledge and making strengths even stronger.
Private sessions are generally the best use of your student’s time, since no time is wasted covering material that s/he has already mastered; that time is better spent bringing other subject matter up to the same level of mastery.
